from my first implementation of angular snapping i rewrite a new complete Dynamic Guide System.
guides are created from last traced point and from special point called Hotspot (green in my video).
this guides are created at global angular interval + parallel an perpendicular to the edges in between of hotspots.
hotspots are created on snapping point by pressing space bar, an hotspot is automatically created on last tracing point.
intersection and special point on guide are not already implemented.
IMPORTANT : interface are not finished, don't worry about it.
